What equipment is used in the charcoal dust collector system?

Cyclone dust collector

After carbonization furnace, draft fan will collect gas waste and transport it to cyclone dust collector. Then the carbonization waste gas will rotate in the charcoal dust collector. Because of centrifugal force, dust particles will be separated from the airflow. Finally, under the action of gravity, the dust in charcoal making dust will fall into the ash hopper. In general, cyclone dust collector can help you remove over 5μm dust in your carbonization process. And the removing rate can reach over 90%.

Spray tower

But for smaller dust removing, we recommend you choose our spray tower. It mainly makes use of water to wet dust in carbonization waste gas. Then because of gravity, the mixture of water and dust will fall into the discharging port. While processed gas rises continuously and discharges into the air. Besides spray tower, BM also can provide you with water curtain dust remover, which has the same working principle.

Condenser

Condenser is used to further purify the combustible gas generated in biomass carbonization. It makes use of water to reduce the temperature of combustible gas. This makes the separation and collection of wood vinegar and tar easier. Here, the water is circulating water. Due to the water and gas being separated, the water is not polluted.
